Edit a form

前提条件

次の許可：

  • Responses > All > All

A form in Canned Responses is a collection of templated pages that are used to gather structured information from customers. 

To edit a form, perform the following steps:

  1. 管理をクリックします。
  2. 下コンタクトセンター、 クリック定型返信。 
  3. Click Menu > Digital and Telephony > Orchestration Assets > Canned Responses. 
  4. クリック図書館。
  5. 応答が含まれているライブラリを検索するか、そこに移動します。
  6. 「回答を表示」矢印をクリックします。「応答」タブが表示されます。
  7. からアクション編集したい回答の横にある列をクリックして回答を編集。
  8. Make your changes in the form.
    Note: If a form is assigned to a published Architect Flow, you cannot edit it. If you want to edit those forms, remove the form temporarily from the flow and then edit the form.
  9. 保存するをクリックします。
