iPad 用の Genesys Cloud Supervisor アプリを使用している場合は影響を受けます。 

You can continue to use the Supervisor for iPad until the end of life date (October 28, 2024). However, no new features or updates will release after the support end date (July 8, 2024). Hereafter Genesys is excited to announce the new Insights mobile app. Genesys Cloud Insights allows you to monitor queues and agents in real time and to set and receive customized alerts from your mobile device.

Genesys では、サポート終了日までに、Supervisor に保存されている重要なデータや情報をバックアップすることをお勧めします。Genesysでは、新しい洞察モバイル アプリを使用すると、チームのパフォーマンスをリアルタイムで監視および最適化できます。
