In a future release, Genesys Cloud will allow customers to configure a secondary organizations (Org) in a different region, specifically within the USE1 and USW2 regions, as a backup destination for Genesys Cloud Voice traffic. This capability helps ensure voice services remain available even during outages or service degradation in the primary Org. Previously, customers had no disaster recovery option for Genesys Cloud Voice traffic.
