AI model update for answer highlights in Agent Copilot and Virtual Agent

In a future release, Genesys Cloud will update the AI model that powers the Answer Highlight feature for English in Agent Copilot and Virtual Agent. By improving the AI model, Genesys Cloud improves accuracy and brings greater alignment across answer highlighting features.
